The game leaves up to the name lol

I just wish we could actually beat the game and get a % of the burgers we got. All and All its a fun game, and for those who are complaining, well read the damn name of the game before judging lol.

The best 3D adaptation so far

Fantastic game. I really loved it. 10 out of 10 heads down. I still haven't beaten yet, but I'm getting there. I got a question thou: on level 13 I can't figure out what to do. I just can't jump from the edge of the first laser to the other edge no matter how hard I try! Am I doing something wrong?

Phantasmagor responds:

Where the laser is, you should spin the camera. You're not supposed to be able to make that distance. You stand where the laser is then spin and jump up and around.

Fun fun fun. Why did it have to end?!?

Yey finished in 17 days. I'd only wish for an online high score (even thou it would make me frustrated to see that the top 10 all finished in 8 days or less lol), Amazingly addictive. When I saw that I had to repair my ship to leave I was sad, cause I knew the fun would end sooner then I expected :/. Not many games make me feel said for beating them, which proves your game is a champ. 10 out of 10 heads down.

This is Blueshift!!!

Almost a perfect game. Everything in there was so well done its hard to describe. The only things I just felt like it could have been better is the weapon system and the difficulty level.
For the weapon system, I loved the fact that you keep our weapon level bonuses even after we die, but sometimes we get to a point where we actually want to -dodge- the so called "bonuses" (weapon swaps dropped by those medium ships) to not lose our current weapon.
For the difficulty, no matter how many options we have in this game (and how cool it is to just pick them up to see them in action), it eventually comes to the only 2 usable weapons in order to actually play the levels: the electric shock and the homing missiles. The rest is hardily usable due to the large amount of indestructible shots from even the smaller ships that makes almost impossible to actually stay anywhere near their front.
That is not saying much, because after beating level 4a, I simply gave up. I already had had all the weapons on max level but non of them were good enough (no matter what ship I picked) to handle the upper levels. Enemy ships took just too strong to get destroyed, which eventually turn your screen on a rain of red dots. I found myself several times in scenarios that no matter how many times I try to shield or dodge, I would get eliminated. From my point of view you should have made a way to somehow combine weapons, cause the limitation of the game lies in the fact that you eventually cap your levels, but the stages kept on growing.

Oh God!

Scared the crap out of me. For that it sure deserves a 9 out of 10. Just wish it could be a bit longer.

No continue? I feel like back to 1990.

The game was quite exciting until I hit the level where the space ship starts to follow you. Those multishot took almost super human skills to avoid, and considering the size of my ship I could barely do it. And since the game had no continue (and the fact that we just got lazy after the games stopped being NES start-from-the-beginning long time ago) I just didn't have strength to play it all over again. Still, for the presentation, graphics and fun aspect, it sure deserves a 8 out of 10.

Amazing story, amazing ending.

This game is amazing. I'll vote 5 out of 5 every time I log on NG on this game. Despite the fact that some (just some) dialogs are so corny that made me giggle rather then be terrified (or whatever you wanted us to feel), the game has a very compelling overall story with an AMAZING ending. With that ending the game should definitely become a holywood movie (with a couple reworks on the dialog of course).
Now for the bad thing (and the only reason I gave 9 rather then 10): I know I know, you explained why you only placed targeted completely alike, but lets face it. The visuals started to look very boring and annoying after a certain amount of levels. "Target will peak into window" is same as "wait 10 seconds until one of the random clones stop to smoke or simply stop".

Even thou, the game keeps an amazing variation placing specific head places you need to shoot that increases through out the game, multiple targets that require more then fast shooting skills, double head shots, distance between targets so they don't run. In other words, the game has so much to show that the story actually manage to build around the place involved, which leads to an amazing and interesting ending worth of a grammy. I hope I can see a lot more games from you, and I'm definitely looking up for a sequel!

HA-HA I beated lvl 10 by cheating the cheat!

I bet you weren't waiting for this. But at least on Windows Vista I was able to beat level 10 using a mix between level 9 tricks and level 10.
Well but first let me call out for some annoying -forced cheat bugs-:
On level 9, even thou I managed to figure out by myself how to cheat it, the game was constantly proposing I was "cheating wrong". I mean, until level 9 everything just worked the way it was suppose to. You walk the right pass, you fail. You cheat, you win. Simple paste. But once you get to level 9 the game gets to a "You have to cheat the way I PLANNED, not the way you want". Sure, you can place barriers to prevent us from cheating in certain ways, and I'm fine by that, but once we actually manage to cheat and succeed in a certain way and the game places a "You failed" message, something is just not right. In order to figure out that I HAD to press the Window key in order to cheat YOUR way, I had to peak into the comments :/. But here is the interesting part about level 10. You said yourself we were suppose to pick our location using the ctrl from control panel option, but instead, I made the screen smaller so I could move the mouse outside the game, pressed ctrl (considering you probably forced some coding to make sure that we were pressing it), right-clicked the minimize button from the browser window so I could get close to the goal, and just pressed the button. Voi'la! I beat the game with no "hard-core" moves :D

Harcore indeed.

This is HARDCORE. would be nice to have a timer so we could compare to each other, since I find almost impossible for most of the regular players to actually beat the game hehe. Still, if I only had more patience I would try memorizing everything, but when I got extremelly far and died, I decided not go throu :)

Numbers, numbers, numbers

I got 90 is that a good thing? lol
It is interesting in many ways, but I think you could tell us what your score system is based on and what is the range of it. From all I know I got 90 out of 100, but I don't really know if that is a good thing or bad thing lol.
Still, a very intriguing game that made everyone here play at least twice just to see if they can change their score. I ended up having 74 in my second trial, even thou, like everyone else, got more intrigued with what it means then how can they compete against their buddies :)
